It’s no secret that Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s Aafat song is facing a large amount of backlash due to the lyrics. Even though the song is called a crime watch, many users have picked out rape dialogues like these: It says: ‘Bhagwaan ke liye muje chod do. It seems that the viewers did not like the rape dialogue used casually in the song. One Reddit user slammed the song lyrics and wrote, Liger song Aafat using a rape scene dialogue from old movies for… aesthetics? Idk.. Someone else in the same Reddit thread also said that the misogyny in both industries is disgusting, and what you can expect from a marriage between a misogynist industry and a super misogynist industry. One more user became furious and wrote, It boggles the mind how somebody thought it would be cool to make a song that includes dialogue from a rape scene. Pathetic.

Fans of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s Aafat song are angrily critiquing the lyrics of the song because it used rape scene dialogue in such a casual manner.
There is no way that this can be accepted and we wonder if the makers will remove the dialogue from the song since people are upset that the scream of a helpless woman is used and mocked. This song, Aafat (only featured in the film), has been stirring up reactions for all the wrong reasons on the internet, but this is mainly because of the film’s trailers, which have been receiving all the positive feedback.

As the release date of the film is August 25, 2022, Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday are making waves on the web with their chemistry as well. There are interesting stories involving this famous film’s creation. For example, even though Liger originally wanted to use Janhvi Kapoor in this film, she was not available. Instead, Karan Johar suggested the more well-known name of Ananya Panday.
