SoFi Stadium And Hollywood Park Appoints Travis Sampson As New Senior Vice President And Chief Technology Officer


SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park have appointed Travis Sampson as their new Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Hollywood Park is a nearly 300-acre mixed-use development built by Los Angeles Rams owner/chairman E. Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California, including: SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, American Airlines Plaza, and retail, Offices, residences and additional park space are being developed.

Sampson will oversee the technology for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, including its implementation and infrastructure. In addition, he will oversee the technology and broadcast divisions, focusing on bringing a seamless, connected fan experience through cutting-edge technology and driving strategic efficiencies site-wide.

Before joining SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, Sampson was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at BSE Global. There, Sampson led technology across all BSE Global assets and teams, including BSE Global’s corporate offices and HSS training facility in City of Industry, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and its NBA G League affiliate Long Island The Nets, and the NetsGC, the Nets’ NBA 2K League team.

During his tenure at BSE Global, Sampson was responsible for designing and implementing the technology strategy and vision for the Barclays Center. He also influences the guest experience at the venue by co-developing and implementing “Netaverse”. The technology is responsible for digitizing the player experience in partnership with the NBA, Canon, YES Network and the Brooklyn Nets.
