Shahid Kapoor will begin filming in November for Rosshan Andrews’ Siddharth Roy Kapur-backed movie.

Recently, it was announced that Shahid Kapoor and producer Siddharth Roy Kapur were working together on a project that will be directed by Rosshan Andrews, a Malayalam filmmaker. The source claimed that Shahid and Siddharth had been debating various concepts for the past three months before settling on a thriller as the subject. With this untitled film, Andrews will make his Hindi film debut. 

According to rumours, Shahid Kapoor will begin filming the movie in November. “Rosshan Andrews is presently putting the movie’s pre-production together, and he and Shahid currently plan to begin shooting in November. The entire movie will be filmed in Mumbai, the majority of it on location, with a few small segments on a set. In the movie, Shahid will appear in a never-before-seen avatar, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Shahid, meanwhile, has a compelling slate of movies coming up, including Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming movie, which will be released exclusively on internet. Along with Raashi Khanna, Vijay Sethupathi, and National Award-winning actor Amol Palekar, he also wrapped up filming for his debut web series with directors Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. The post-production phase of this Amazon Prime Video production is under underway. He has a commitment to a movie that producer Dinesh Vijan supports.
