A few weeks back, the 30-year-old singer-actress-entrepreneur revealed she was making a documentary to document her life titled Selena Gomez: My Life. There was a release date set for My Mind & Me. Finally, the trailer for the documentary that we have been waiting for was released. Sel lets us experience the highs, lows, and every moment in between with this stunning glimpse into her private life.
In the trailer for Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, Selena Gomez reveals the moments in her life where she is equally as happy and sad, and sometimes even becomes emotional. The only musical score for this scene is a soundtrack with The Only Murders in the Building star taking deep breaths, as a slate, also depicting the cast, reads Every Breath, a Breakthrough. Interspersed with these sequences, we see Selena’s more familial side as well as a behind-the-scenes look at her professional life. The document had previously been released in a press release which revealed: after years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This unique and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.

This film was directed by Alek Keshishian, who had previously directed Madonna: Truth or Dare. The title of my series, My Mind & Me, debuts on Apple TV+ on November 4.
