72-year-old Hollywood actor Robbie Coltrane, who played the character of Hagrid in the popular Harry Potter films, has passed away.
Robbie Coltrane, a 72-year-old actor and celebrity most well-known for his performance as Hagrid in the popular Harry Potter films, passed away this week in the Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Lafferton, Scotland. His agent, Belinda Wright, made the announcement in a statement to the media.
she paid tribute to the actor, saying, “I will always remember him as an abidingly loyal client. As well as being a wonderful actor, he was also forensically intelligent, brilliantly witty and I shall miss being his agent after 40 years,” as reported by BBC.
