Khloé Kardashian Undergoes Surgery to Remove Tumor from Face

Entertainment Tonight

Nearly two decades after Khloé Kardashian was diagnosed with cancerous moles, she found another on her back, and then another on her face.

Reality star Kendal Jenner posted via her Instagram Story that she has seen a numerous number of reports in regards to the ever-evolving bandage on her face in recent weeks.

Reality TV show star Khloe Kardashian set the record straight, saying she had a small bump on her cheek biopsied after it remained stuck there for seven months.

The Good American co-creator, 38, was advised to have an “immediate operation” to remove the growth after two doctors examined it.

“I’m grateful to share that Dr. Fischer was able to get everything,” Kardashian gushed, adding that her “margins appear clear.”

She went on to write, “Now we are onto the healing process.

“You’ll continue to see my bandages and when I’m allowed, you’ll probably see a scar (and an indentation in my cheek from the tumor being removed) but until then I hope you enjoy how fabulous I’m making these face bandages look,” she continued.

Kardashian advised her followers to “get checked … frequently,” going on to describe her previous experiences with skin cancer.

“At 19 years old, I had melanoma on my back, and I had a surgery to remove that, as well,” the reality star wrote. “I am pre-composed [sic] to melanomas. … I am someone who wears sunscreen every day religiously, so no one is exempt from these things.”

Kardashian ended her post with a collage of pictures of her rocking various bandages on her cheek, including one with her daughter, True, 4.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, who is also a mother of a 2-month-old boy, has spoken before about her skin cancer experience.

She told people in 2016, who were viewing her E! TV show, that she’d had a mole biopsied on her chest.

“Thankfully, it was benign,” Kardashian said at the time. “I haven’t had a problem in years but wanted to share my experience with you so that if you notice something doesn’t look right, you will take action and take care of your health.”
