One Way Sky is an Arizona native band hoping to get enough votes to open the Hollywood Bowl. Voting closes on July 21.

One Way Sky, alternative Aboriginal band, could open for some of the biggest music acts on one of the most famous stages, Hollywood Bowl.

To get there, the band needs votes.

The promoters of the concert event are giving fans the choice of the opening ceremony. The winner will perform on the iconic stage and receive a $10,000 prize. Voting will close on July 21.

One Way Sky was established in 2019 in Casablanca, the Gila River Indian Community, with four members: Adrian D. Thomas, 22, Loma Manuel, 23, and David D. Thomas, 23 Romero, all three citizens of the Gila River Indian Community, and Cody Bruguier, 23, a citizen of the Tohono O’odham Nation.

“Cody saw an ad through social media about an opportunity to perform at the Hollywood Bowl,” Thomas said. “Although we knew there would be a lot of competition across the country, we decided to take this opportunity to compete.”
