Get the party started! 9 auspicious and celeb-inspired Navratri looks to keep you feeling festive all nine nights.

The nine forms of Goddess Durga are honored on each of the nine days of Navratri. Women typically dress in accordance with the day since each day is associated with a distinct color that is deemed lucky. Every day of Navratri, dress your ethnic clothing by taking cues from Bollywood diva looks.

Yellow is seen as an auspicious color on the first day of Navratri. So you can begin the holiday with enthusiasm, dress in a silk yellow saree. Choose a blouse that complements your yellow saree or choose for a striking contrast colour like magenta.

Green is seen as a lucky colour on the second day of Navratri. You can dress in a basic green saree and a blouse with embellishments. For individuals who desire a glitzy look but don’t want to go overboard, this can result in the ideal attire. Choose a lehenga choli set rather than a saree.

Brown is seen as an auspicious colour for the third day of Navratri. To be on-trend this season, put on a brown sharara. Pair an embroidered kurti with a pair of basic sharara pants. Put on a matching or contrasting dupatta to finish the appearance.

An auspicious colour for the fourth day of Navratri is orange. For your dandiya night on the fourth day of Navratri, dress in an orange lehenga. To balance things out, choose a Banarasi lehenga skirt and pair it with a simple shirt.

White is seen as a lucky colour on the fifth day of Navratri. The white chikankari kurta is the epitome of elegance. For a glamorous look, choose an anarkali kurta and complete the outfit with a plain dupatta.

Red is regarded as lucky on the sixth day of Navratri. On this particular day, add a twist to your ethnic style by dressing in Indo-western attire. Choose a red palazzo and a crop top with embellishments. You may rock it by adding a similar shrug on top of it.

Blue is regarded as lucky during Navratri’s seventh day. A ruffle saree can give your cultural style a modern touch. For the pooja ceremony on the seventh day of Navratri, choose a blue ruffle saree.

Pink is regarded as lucky on the eighth day of Navratri. To commemorate Ashtami, dress in a pink anarkali or peplum kurta and sharara leggings.

Purple is seen as an auspicious colour for the ninth day of Navratri. Wear a purple lehenga for Navami, the final day of Navratri, to go all out. As the colour is already too much for the eyes, make sure to have few embellishments.
